Fleece to Knit: Learn about our sheep and goats, wool, carding, and spinning. Practice dyeing wool and wet felting. Then visit our sheep, lambs, and goats at the barn! We will meet in the Carriage House.

About Saturday Family Time

Explore and learn with your family at Gore Place! Activities change each week but will include hands-on activities, visits to the farm, learning about our sheep, and more. Read on for the details about what’s coming up next! This program may take place outside depending on the topic, so please dress for the weather. We will meet at the Nature Playscape adjacent to the main parking lot at Gore Place, unless otherwise noted.

These programs are recommended for children ages 2-12. Reservations are required. Maximum 20 children. Future occurrences of this program include:
