Spring Photo Sessions at Gore Place
Have spring photos taken at Gore Place! Our professional photographer will photograph you in an exclusive photo session at our beautiful estate. This event is a fundraiser for Gore Place, providing critical support for the day-to-day operations of our museum and farm.
This event is perfect for:
- High School or College Senior Pictures
- Professional Headshots
- Mother’s and Father’s Day Photos
This event takes place rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, we will photograph you inside our beautiful 1806 Mansion.
Dates and Times:
- Friday and Saturday, May 7-8, 2021
- Session times (sessions take place every 30 minutes)
- Friday: 2 to 5 pm (last session at 4:30 pm)
- Saturday: 10 am to 12 pm and 1 to 4 pm (last session at 3:30 pm)
Each session is $300 per group (which includes a $50 session fee and a $250 donation to Gore Place). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS regulations.
What’s Included:
- A photo session by a professional photographer on location at Gore Place
- Space for up to nine family members
- Approximately ten unedited high-resolution digital photos emailed to you in a private online gallery
Refund Policy:
The $50 session fee is nonrefundable. The $250 donation is refundable if you call us prior to your session time at (781) 894-2798. The event date cannot be rescheduled. This event takes place rain or shine and will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains?
The photo sessions will take place rain or shine. If the weather is good for photography that day, photos will be taken outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, we will move the photo sessions indoors to our beautiful Mansion. This event will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.
How and when will I receive my photos?
You will receive your digital photos about two weeks after your session. We will email you a private online gallery of your digital photos and you can download and save your photos. Then you can print them or post them on social media to share with family and friends. We will not provide printed copies of the photos. The digital photos will be unedited/unretouched.
How long will Gore Place store my photos?
Gore Place will store your photos for three months in a private online gallery. After three months, the photos will be removed. Please download and save your photos as soon as you receive them.
What coronavirus safety precautions will be in place?
- All staff and volunteers of Gore Place will be wearing face masks.
- Guests ages 7 years old and up must wear masks while not being photographed.
- Groups being photographed together should be from the same household.
- Everyone will remain at least six feet away from others.
