Multi-Sensory Servants Tour
PLEASE NOTE: This tour is postponed, future date TBD.
In honor of Black History Month, take a family-friendly multi-sensory tour of the Gore Place Mansion through the eyes of the servants who lived there. Hear passages from the "House Servant's Directory," written by Robert Roberts, the Gores' head manservant. Explore 19th-century objects used by servants of the day, and smell what the cook made for the family or what the housekeeper used to mask other scents with!
The tour will begin at the mansion. Ring the doorbell!
This program is recommended for children ages 2-12. $16 per child. $11 children of Household/Dual Level Members. 1 child ticket includes up to 2 accompanying adults.
