As the home of 19th-century Massachusetts Governor Christopher Gore, we are excited to host this program about one of the great 20th-century governors of Massachusetts: Michael Dukakis.
This talk will be an engaging, conversational look at leadership, Massachusetts political history, and the human side of public life through the author's firsthand experiences and conversations with Governor Michael Dukakis. Scott's presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and a book signing.

Scott Kerman is currently the humor columnist for The Eagle Tribune, where he writes the popular weekly column, World According to Scott. He is the author of eight books, including the widely read four-book World According to Scott humor series, which has built a loyal and growing following. Scott is also the host of the long-running Boston sports talk show, The Grandstanders Live! and spent over 20 years as a stand-up comedian, with appearances on HBO’s Live from the Aspen Comedy Festival, Comedy Central, and numerous national television programs.
