During Frightful Fridays you’ll get to see the beautiful rooms in this 1806 mansion stopping along the way to hear spooky tales. Are you a new parent? Looking to get out of the house and be with other adults in a museum? Come to our special babywearing tour led by a veteran babywearer. We’ll see our gorgeous 1806 mansion, and we won’t mind if your baby sleeps – or cries – through our tour! Tour Details: $12 per caregiver. Front carries only to keep the collections safe. Please no older siblings. Only worn babies/toddlers please. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Adults and older children enjoy a 3-tiered tea including sweets, savories, and sandwiches while playing Jane Austen-era games and listening to anecdotes about life during Austen’s time. Costumed guides will take guests on tours of the mansion’s upper floors. The Handmade for the Holidays boutique featuring gifts handmade or designed in the US will be open for holiday shopping. Tea seating is family-style at tables up to 8. Regency costumes are encouraged! Tickets must be purchased at least one week prior to tea date.
