A (Sort of) Creepy Tour in Honor of Edgar Allan Poe
January 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Visit Gore Place for a (sort of) creepy tour in honor of the master of the macabre, Edgar Allan Poe, who was born in Boston on January 19, 1809 (the same year Christopher Gore was Governor!)
For this evening tour through the historic rooms of the 1806 Gore Mansion, you will draw upon your powers of deduction to decipher a series of riddles inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s writings and his love of puzzles. Immerse yourself in the mysterious world of Poe and our beautiful 19th-century estate.
This tour is designed for adults and is not recommended for children. 18+ only. Capacity is limited, and advance tickets are required.
If you or someone in your group needs an accommodation to participate in this event more fully, please contact us before registering.
