Farm Dinner

Chef Sam Hunt, Executive
Chef at
Indigo Bistro in Hamilton, will
prepare a special meal
for forty served in the
1793 Carriage House and
incorporating produce from
the Gore Place Farm. A
native of Weston,
Mr. Hunt was Executive
Chef at the West Side
Lounge and spent two years
cooking with Barbara Lynch.
Cost for the dinner
is $90 per person (wine included).
Proceeds will benefit the farm
program. Tickets must be purchased
by September 13 for the September
23 dinner and October 4 for
October 14 dinner. Capacity
is limited to 40 per dinner.
